The MO-3000-MF water treatment system is designed for water purification of open reservoirs and wells from suspensions, colloids, disinfection from bacteria and viruses, removal of the compounds of iron, manganese, copper, sulfur, phosphorus, organic matters, including oil products, and dissolved salts, including hardness salts.

The system is located in the heat-insulated container having the heat-insulated door and a sling mounting. There is the heated branch-pipe for exhaust air emission on the container face.

There are the takeoff points into the container of the heated interfaces for delivery of a source, purified and drainage water, the cable entry and the input filter for air induction on the container back surface.

Technology of water purification

A water treated in the system comes to the multiphase injection reactor of boiling bed through the input ejectors.

An air-and-water emulsion jet issuing from the ejector nozzles fluidizes a layer of the catalytic filling located over the nozzle. In the fluidized layer an intensive oxidation of the impurities (iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia) dissolved in water takes place. The suspensions formed during oxidation are trapped by a fixed layer of the catalytic filling and removed during automatic backwashing of the reactor.

The exhaust air is dumped by the spherical crane with the electric drive from the reactor through the heated branch pipe.

The reactor is automatically flushed out by a source water backflow at regular intervals. To carry out flushing, a source water is pumped through the flushing ejectors, in these ejectors an air is sucked by the back-pressure valve.

In this case a loosening of the catalytic filling of the reactor takes place, and the suspensions trapped by the filling, the oxidation products of the impurities contained in a source water and the wear debris of the filling are removed through the taking-away branch pipe in the top part of the reactor.

Filling (protection against overflow) and emptying (protection against dewatering) of the reactor is controlled by the conductometric level sensors.

A water for oxidation and flushing comes to the reactor through the electromagnetic valves. After oxidizing treatment a water is filtered in the multi-cartridge filters from the suspensions, formed and not trapped in the filling of the reactor during oxidation. The filtered water is sterilized in the ultraviolet lamps.

The purified water from the ultraviolet lamps is pumped in the back osmosis membranes by the multistage centrifugal high-pressure pump.

To prevent a formation of the salt deposits on the back osmosis membranes, the antiscalant is dosed in the purified water.

A pressure during operation of the membrane unit is adjusted by the pressure control unit and controlled by the manometer. The purified water is directed round the pressure control unit by the electromagnetic valve for direct flushing of the membranes at regular intervals, in this case a water consumption through the membranes increases, and the colloidal deposits from their surface are washed off.

The desalted water (permeate) from the membranes passes through the water counter. The purified water is dosed with sodium hypochlorite solution by the pump-batcher, and then it passes through the heated interface for delivery of the purified water to the consumer’s capacity.

The lack of the required pressure of a source water at the system input is detected by the pressure relay, a pressure difference increase on the multicartridge filters in case of their contamination is controlled by the depression relay, evacuation of water of the multicartridge filters is produced by the booster pump.

Start, switching-off and control of the system is carried out by the control board.

The system is fully ready for operation.

When operating, the system uses sodium hypochlorite, antiscalant, the filter cartridges and an electrical energy. The system consumes an electrical energy up to 0.93 kW·h per 1 m3 of purified water.

Drainage waters of the system are nontoxic, and their water evacuation on a relief and in the natural reservoirs is admissible without additional treatment.

The system is completely automated and does not demand a control from the user.
