The MO-3000-MF water treatment system is designed for water purification of open reservoirs and wells from suspensions, colloids, disinfection from bacteria and viruses, removal of the compounds of iron, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus, organic matters, including oil products, and dissolved salts, including hardness salts.

The MO-4000 system of water treatment, storage of water and water supply is designed for water purification of open reservoirs and wells from suspensions, colloids, disinfection from bacteria and viruses, including spore combat forms of biological agents, neutralization of highly toxic organic and inorganic matters, including combat toxic agents, deactivation of radioactive substances, removal of the compounds of iron, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus, organic matters, including oil products, and dissolved salts, including the compounds of univalent, bivalent and polyvalent metals as well as for storage  and delivery of the purified  water under  pressure to the consumer's main.

The MO-50000 system of water treatment, storage of water and water supply is designed for water purification of open reservoirs and wells from suspensions, colloids, disinfection from bacteria and viruses, including spore combat forms of biological agents, neutralization of highly toxic organic and inorganic matters, including combat toxic agents, deactivation of radioactive substances, removal of compounds of iron, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus, organic matters, including oil products, and dissolved salts, including compounds of univalent, bivalent and polyvalent metals as well as for storage  and delivery of the purified  water under  pressure to the consumer's main.

Deionized water is used in microelectronics for production of printed circuit boards, semiconductor elements and integrated circuits, etc.

MO-900-E water treatment, storage and supply system is designed to purify water from open reservoirs and wells from suspended solids, colloids, disinfect it from bacteria and viruses (incl. spore forming biological warfare agents), and neutralize highly toxic substances of organic and inorganic origin (incl. chemical warfare agents), decontaminate radioactive substances, purify water from compounds of iron, manganese, copper, sulfur, phosphorus, organic substances (incl. petroleum products) and from dissolved salts (incl. hardness salts), storage of treated water and delivery of treated water under pressure to the consumer's network.

Water purification technology in modular installations

The source water enters container No. 1, where the water is stored for the in case of interruption of the water supply from the water intake. From container No.1, the source water is pumped into container No.2, where it is treated with high concentrated ozone (at least 9% wt.) in a two-zone countercurrent reactor.

Ozone is produced by high-voltage high-frequency barrier discharge generators. High concentration of ozone is achieved with the help of a special technology for highly efficient cooling of high-voltage electrodes (anodes) generators.

The oxygen with a concentration of at least 93% used for ozone production on site by the oxygen concentrators that are part of the water treatment system equipment. The air that passes into the concentrators is filtered and dehumidified to increase the lifetime of zeolite.

In a two-zone countercurrent reactor, water is completely disinfected from bacteria and viruses, incl. spore forming biological warfare agents, compounds of polyvalent metals and semimetals (iron, manganese, copper, cobalt, mercury, bismuth, thallium, arsenic, antimony, etc.) are oxidized and transferred into an insoluble state, organic compounds (incl. complex organophosphorus, organochlorine and arsenic-containing compounds) are completely or partially destructed. After ozone reactor treatment, organic compounds are either converted into harmless substances (H2O, CO2), or undergo partial destruction and less toxic and easily adsorbed intermediates are produced as a result.

Afterwards, the water enters the container No.3 for processing. The suspended solids formed during oxidation in the container No.2 are removed on automatically washed filters and preliminary adsorbed by the activated carbon, formed as a result of a partial destruction of organic compounds during oxidation in container No.2, and destruction of residual dissolved ozone.

Next, the water passes into the container No. 4 for processing. Water is microfiltered and the remaining ultra-fine suspended solids are removed and absorbed by the AHM material, capable of adsorbing dissolved substances in concentrations inaccessible for sorption on activated carbon.

The completely purified from suspended solids and dissolved organic compounds water enters the nanofiltration membranes, where it is separated into demineralized permeate (purified water) and a concentrate super-enriched with salts.

The concentrate is discharged into the sewer.

To increase the interflushing lifetime of nanofiltration membranes, an antiscalant is dosed into the water before filtration.

Purified water passes through the water meter, a preservative dose of sodium hypochlorite is added into the water before it enters the storage tank of container No.5.

From container No. 5, the purified water is supplied under pressure to the consumer's water supply network. The design of the water dispensing unit allows to connect the system to existing water supply networks with second lift pumps, to carry out water intake without connection to networks (to water storage tanks), to supply water to consumers through temporary pipelines, using system pumps to pump purified water.
